I've been meaning to upload this for seven months, and I finally find an opportunity today. =|

The idea of drawing a Jet Set Radio-ized version of Curls came about at a time where I was OBSESSED with drawing her in different themed outfits-I might actually some of the other drawings if I can find them; I remember there was a Winx Club Curls (That was one of my favorites, I hope I find that drawing!), a Samba de Amigo Curls, an Animal Crossing Curls, a Littlest Pet Shop Curls, amongst others that I don't remember at the time. I've gotten past that phase, but I still really like her outfit. I spent so long deciding exactly what it would look it; I went through at least twenty different designs.

As I said, I finished this picture in May, and I kept trying to find an opportunity to upload it, but I never could (don't feel too bad-this happens to me a lot!) Unfortunately, when I finally got around to adding the final touches, I realized I was unhappy with everything I had drawn before, so I pretty much had to redo all of the digital work. Some of the linework is kind of outdated; I think I could've done a better job with the anatomy and perspective, but whatever. I like this picture a lot, but I don't think I want critique on it.

On a side note, if you're wondering what the kanji on her shirt says, it says "Glitz"-well, as close as a Japanese approximation as I could get. I think Glitz would be a fitting Rudie name. :XD:
